Course FOUR
This one-day outdoor climbing course builds on the skills covered in Course THREE and is designed for intermediate climbers who want to take their climbing from the gym to natural rock.

To join the course, you should be able to tie in using a retraced figure-eight knot, safely belay a lead climber, clip quickdraws on lead, catch a lead fall, tie the essential climbing and mountaineering knots, abseil safely, and belay a second climber from an anchor. Completion of Courses ONE and TWO is recommended but not required. Completion of Course THREE, or equivalent knowledge and experience, is required.
