CHILL & DRILL (Tuko and his boulder trenink)
Boulder training for all movement enthusiasts. It doesn´t matter what you climb or if you climb at all (or if you haven´t climbed before). THE POINT IS that you like to WORK WITH YOUR BODY. Coach Tuko will teach you how to work properly and properly with yourself in three two-hour lessons, which will always be at the same time once a week.
- Everyone aged 10 - 100
- Available for beginners and intermediate climbers (if you climb dark green boulders at SmichOff – difficulty 5C-6A+)
